GLoBALL aims to promote a sense of belonging, social inclusion and celebrate diversity.

GLoBALL provides opportunities for international students and new migrants to interact with members, staff and players from the Essendon Football Club, Melbourne Vixens and Cricket Victoria. Founding supporters of GLoBALL include the Victorian Government, RMIT, The City of Melbourne and the Australian Federation of International Students and the list of supporting organisations continues to grow.
